Program Description

This Strength and Conditioning program is designed to improve athletic performance for basketball players through targeted weight room training and plyometrics. Athletes will develop explosive power, increase vertical jump, and build strength and agility essential for quick cuts, fast breaks, and strong finishes at the rim. 


The program combines resistance training with high-intensity plyometric movements to enhance speed, balance, and injury prevention—all tailored to meet the demands of the game.
